Ryan Seacrest has apparently had a fortunate spin on the wheel of life.
The American Idol host shared a picture of a recent reunion with a few friends from his high school in Georgia and caused a chorus of support.
“Caught up with Dunwoody High School buddies,” Ryan captioned a July 6 Instagram photo of him sitting alongside three fellow alumni. “Go, Wildcats.”
And while some echoed the school chant in the comments section, many cheered for the 50-year-old’s appearance.

Being a friendly host and spreading joy to all creates good karma, supple skin and fantastic hair.”
Another pleaded with the Wheel of Fortune host, writing, “Ryan, we desperately need your secret to eternal youth!”
Multiple people chimed in about how great they thought Ryan’s hair looked, too, while one plainly wrote, “Well you've aged well for sure.”

As for how Ryan feels about the current state of his mind and body? He has been open about his focus on it.

"I feel good because I can't believe I'm turning 50," he told Entertainment Tonight last year ahead of his December birthday. "I'm doing everything I can to make myself feel like I'm not 50."
He also explained that he was "over-exercising, eating better, over-training" in order to reverse some of the aging process, including "lots of muscle recovery" through cold plunging and steaming, so that he could make himself “feel 29 again."

Julianne Hough

Julianne told E! News the exercise she always blocks out time for when she has a jam-packed schedule.
"I know that I can walk around the hills with my dog," the Dancing With the Stars said. "That's key because I have to get her out, too. But movement in general, whether it's 10 minutes or five minutes of something, I have to move my body."
And when she has more time to break a sweat, she added, "Whether it's a Kinrgy class or doing Pilates or yoga, the fact that we get to combine all of those modalities is my favorite because I love versatility."

Brooke Burke

"By connecting with my audience and motivating them through my Brooke Burke Body fitness app! I've been live streaming on the app as well as on my Instagram since the beginning of quarantine in an effort to make fitness fun and innovative. I especially love walking my viewers through total body cardio parties, which is when I crank up the music, let them find their rhythm and let the booty burn. Cardio kicks up your heart rate, so if you're not sweating, you're not working out hard enough!"
