One of the main new features will be the addition of Jean Grey's Phoenix as a new playable character, with Blade finally debuting in the game in the second half of the season. Phoenix arrives as the central character to battle Knull, the symbiote god, who now controls Hela, making his presence an even bigger threat to the cosmos. With the new season, Marvel Rivals will add the Domination map Klyntar: Celestian Husk, as well as new venomized skins for characters such as Rocket Raccoon and Squirrel Girl. In celebration of the third season, Marvel Rivals players will be able to add freebies to their accounts.
