Infinity Nikki Players Are Loving the New Storytelling Direction
Compared to its predecessors, Nikki veterans felt that the game lost its edge by misunderstanding the difference between cozy and childish. This was one of the main criticisms of not just Version 1.5, but how Infinity Nikki approached its storytelling overall. While Serenity Island and the Queen's Palace were notable departures from this formula, players wanted more mature content reminiscent of the franchise's earlier entries.
