The 28-year-old wrote, "Soaking in these last moments as a family of 4 ... So thankful for these captured moments! I love my little fam so much, and I am so incredibly grateful for it to grow! Sadie had quite a scare back in April, when she had to be hospitalized after contracting food poisoning that almost sent her into preterm labor. She wrote on Instagram at the time, "Friday afternoon I got hit with what we think was food poisoning and it was rough…. I ended up in the hospital having consistent contractions every 3 minutes for a couple of hours ... Thankfully I got the best care in a hospital and they were able to confirm I was not in pre-term labor just the aftermath of the food poisoning."

Thankfully it seems to have been smooth sailing since then, and we wish Sadie and Christian's third child a safe and healthy arrival!
