It's scrubbin' time.

Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke are officially joining the Scrubs revival alongside series lead Zach Braff, Entertainment Weekly can confirm.

Chalke celebrated the news with a series of throwback photos of herself with Braff and Faison on Instagram, which she captioned, "YAY!!!"

Braff reacted to the news on his Instagram Stories, singing "I can't do this all on my own/I need Sarah Chalke and Donald Faison" to the tune of the Scrubs theme, Lazlo Bane's "I'm No Superman."

Additionally, in news that will devastate the surviving members of TLC, ABC has officially given the Scrubs revival a series order. Bill Lawrence, who created the original series, will executive produce the new iteration of the series.

"Scrubs means so very much to me," Lawrence said in a statement. "So excited for the chance to get the band back together."

The original Scrubs ran for 182 episodes between 2001 and 2010, following the antics of the doctors at the fictional Sacred Heart Hospital.

The official logline for the revival reads: "JD & Turk scrub in together for the first time in a long time- medicine has changed, interns have changed, but their bromance has stood the test of time. Characters new and old navigate the waters of Sacred Heart with laughter, heart and some surprises along the way."

Faison previously spent nine seasons playing Dr. Chris Turk, the BFF of Braff's Dr. John Michael "J.D." Dorian. When the series was retooled for its ninth season, which focused on a new batch of interns, Faison and John C. McGinley were the only two cast members to remain on the series as regulars.

Faison has kept close ties with Braff since Scrubs' conclusion in 2010. The duo has starred in an endless series of T-Mobile commercials, and cohosts the Scrubs rewatch podcast Fake Doctors, Real Friends.

Chalke played Dr. Elliot Reid on the first eight seasons of the sitcom. Her character was J.D.'s primary love interest, and the two M.D.s eventually tied the knot and welcomed a child together. Chalke guest starred in four episodes of season 9 after being a series regular for the show's first eight seasons.

Prior to his time on Scrubs, Faison appeared in films like Clueless and Can't Hardly Wait. He has also headlined other sitcoms since the medical comedy's conclusion, including TV Land's The Exes and NBC's Extended Family. Faison has performed voiceover work for a number of animated projects, including Robot Chicken, where he later interned to study stop motion animation (and he now makes his own stop motion projects in his spare time, which he posts on Instagram).

Chalke spent time as a series regular on Roseanne in the 1990s, taking over the role of Roseanne and Dan's eldest daughter Becky while actress Lecy Goranson was away at college. After Scrubs, she appeared on shows like How I Met Your Mother and How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life). She is a series regular on Rick and Morty, voicing Beth Smith, and was also a regular voice actor on Paradise PD.
